There are a few things on your Fiorelli which might help date it:
Do you still have the Ambrosio rims? If so, are the sides knurled?
Inside the Ofmega hubs, are the cones or locknuts date-stamped?
Are the Universal calipers centerpull, or sidepull? What is written on the arms?
