[CR]Jacques Anquetil riding a triple (TA cranks?)- photograph

I've had this photograph for several years and never noticed Anquetil is climbing not only with a pizza size freewheel but also appears to be using a triple up front. Are the cranks depicted in the photograph TA?

Image is from the 1961 Giro Lombardia, where Anquetil placed 17th. So much for "friends don't let friends use triples", or the more pointed "triples are for cripples". Viva Anquetil!
