I got a Stronglight of the same pattern from Hilary. He said the date was 1960.

after a brief experiment with the unique "cotter-like cotterless" TA design.
Whether or not that is a triple, it would seem to place the current TA arm
design as early as 1961. Anyone have definite information on when the
Cyclotourist type arms were introduced?
