"Tretubi" means "three tubes" and is generally applied to entry-level
frames, where the three main tubes (top, down, seat) are of some
named brand, but the rest of the frame is no-name generic stuff.
This is similar to English bikes that have stickers saying "Reynolds 531 Tubes" as opposed to "...tubes, forks and stays."
