Subject: [CR]Help identifying Campagnolo crank

As I go through more of the items that I just received from Italy, I have come across another oddity. I have a set of NOS Campagnolo 150 mm three arm alloy cranks, with 42/46 alloy chainrings obviously intended for a junior bike with gear restrictions. They are date coded with a 6 in a diamond, hence 1976. Because of the three arms, I first thought that they were Gran Sport cranks, but they are nicer quality than any of the Gran Sport cranks that I have seen and according to the period Campagnolo catalogs, the Gran Sport cranks were only available in 170 mm lengths, so the question is: what do I have?

On an unrelated topic, is anybody interested in trading a set of large C-Record platform pedals toe clips? They are the type that have the perforated tab that runs perpendicular to the pedal spindle when mounted. The set of pedals I have came without any. Trade offers for parts or money will be considered.
