If any are interested, I have a Hi-E wheelset for sale. The set consists of the following:
40-hole, hi-low rear Hi-E hub, laced four across to Rigida 27 x 1 1/4 inch rims, Michelin Élan tires.
36-hole low-flange Hi-E hub, laced three across to Rigida 27 x 1 1/4 inch rims, Michelin Élan tires.
Both have the Hi-E skewers, tied and soldered spokes, and are in excellent condition.
$100 plus shipping. (Fed-Ex Ground will be around 25-35 dollars west of the Mississippi, 15-25 dollars east of the Mississippi.)
