After how many years of faithful service in what kind of conditions and taking into account of the age of the NR pulleys, you are not satisfied with the long term performance? You are looking for an alternative that will 'be better' and 'last longer'? Last longer than what? Pulleys are wearable items and will eventually need replacement. Like brake pads, derailluer cables or tires.
