5,6,7-speed pulleys are available in silver from wwcyclery on ebay :
and can be blackened with a magic marker (not perfect, but at least its dark and says "Campagnolo".) I have a pair and they needed new grease before use.
Another choice is new black 8-speed pulleys (also from wwcyclery) and perhaps a washer for your nuovo record equipment.
After reading sheldon brown's article on different freewheels, i was quite surprised to learn that freewheels haven't really gotten slimmer going from 5 to 9 speeds, only the spacing between has gotten slimmer. The same should hold true of pulleys.
