Which Mavic Hubs? If the ERD is only 1.5 difference, you should probably be fine. It will equate to about a 1mm difference in spoke length. It's worth a try. An easy way to swap out the rim is to tape the two rims together lined up with the valve stem hole, and oriented the same way if they have offset spoke holes. Then just start xfering spokes, way faster than unlacing/relacing. Good luck.
