I under stand your feeling. I think the best thing would have been to report it maybe it would help the next person the next time. But I have been there and done that. It just does not help at the time. I was hit by a car on my bike and was so happy to be alive I did not report it. But latter I figured I should. Not the same thing but It just reminded me of it.
