I think 1980's as well,the thing I notice most are the 1010B dropouts without the holes for the chain hanger gizmo.Seems as though everything else in the early short dropout era
has the holes.And they vanish in 1982-ish.What do you think folks?

Seller seems to really know his stuff, but I would have guessed that this was
an 80s frame, not 1970s. I have a 70s Grandis and the seatstay cap treatment
doesn't have the script lettering that this one does. I've got a Grandis
stem with the same script lettering that I think came from a 1980s bike. This one
has a wonderful G and wreath on the fork crown. I also would love to see the
screw on aluminum brake cable guides in person. I believe that Grandis were
among the more well made of the Italian makes. Nice rides too. Lou Deeter,
