I just got a Pegoretti Luigino last week. Dario fitted me for it at the Interbike show last year. It does not come built. Nelson Frasier at GITA built it up with the wood rims just for the show. It is a beautiful frame with the double plate fork crown (from a solid billet). The fork crown is engraved with Buonsera Signorina.

What about this currently manufactured steel Pegoretti with some nice
lugwork? It also comes stock with wooden rims. My thinking on the value of classic
bikes is that they do have a base value but this value will never be very high
unless the bike is very rare. Value over the base value is nostalgia value
dependent upon the individual buyer.
