I'd say just keep checking Ebay unless someone has a stash for sale. I have several sets of Mafac brakes mounted on different bikes and I usually replace the half hoods with full hoods. The drilled levers are harder to find, but they're still out there. The parts appear to be interchangeable, at least I haven't noticed any problems replacing hoods or adjusters. If you buy a pair of used, examine them very carefully for cracking or any signs of deterrioration. I have sets of black on two bikes and a set of tan ones on two other bikes. As far as I know, they are both genuine Mafac. The tan hoods came with plastic adjusters, which I replaced with brass ones.
