I thought it was an interesting-looking bike the first time it was listed, when that auction (which I'd bid on) was pulled, I figured some CR-types had been e-mailing the guy to death....and I'd bet twenty bucks that if ANYone thinks the seller is being shady now, its because he had all sorts of "offers" to close the auction early. So naturally the seller'd think it ok to proceed as he is. I'd also bet that at least one of those offers came from someone who's miffed at the re-post now. But I still gotta feel that a lot of the goofier e-bay stuff that we wind up reading discussion about here is caused by the legions of silent CR readers.

Whatever. Technically the seller can do what they want before auction close. But imagine what'd happen at a "live" auction if the seller chose to cancel after bidding started.
