I recently acquired an assortment of campy parts from a friend in Europe. One piece in the box, a single brake lever with the usual gum hood, is non-drilled with an older patina to it - and the 'Campagnolo" engraved down the front is in a slightly larger font with no outline around it... Plus the entire lever and casing is made of the same shiney aluminum (no dark grey housing). The font looks very "Bauhaus" - just wondering if there were versions of Nuovo Record in Europe that were different than here - or if this is either older, or a lesser 'mark' brake lever...
