While I don't own a set of Torelli Masters (althought I do own a set of practically unused MA2s), I found the specs on the Torelli website. See:
http://www.torelli.com/
Turns out I also have an old Mavic document with the MA profile.
Outside width: Torelli - 19.2mm, Mavic - 20.5mm Section height: Torelli - 14.3mm, Mavic - 14.0mm
Looking at the section diagrams it's hard to tell any difference, with the exception that the MA spoke bushings are clearly offset, while the Torelli's appear to be centered on the rim.
The Torelli website lists the weight at 435 grams.
As an aside, Torelli is clearly not aiming their rims at the stupid-light crowd. All their road rims only come with 32 or 36 spoke holes.
