As I asserted the other day during the "to-repair-or-not-to-repair" discussion, often times it's only the decal set that determines a frame's marque.
If this set eventually gets placed on a modern reproduction, will we find it for sale in a couple of year's time as an authentic Masi? I imagine that a scrupulous builder or painter will add some special insignia to indicate it's a reproduction but who can say for sure? Best regards, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia
