I emailed dave moulton to clarify and he replied, "The tubeset on your frame is PS (Track Set) with the exception of the fork blades which were replaced with standard Columbus road blades. These were then modified (made round at the top) to fit the track fork crown. At the time the PS tubeset was more readily available than the SP (Road Set) I hope this clarifies it for you."

So, are full PS bikes unusual?
