Ron has been building since 1946, when he started his apprenticeship, but he has only been building under his own name since 1970 or so ...

My Cooper (the black & white one shown on the site) is built with simple short-point lugs, and a Henry James-style crown (by Everest, I believe).

Most of the Coopers we sold during my time at A Bicycle Odyssey (in Sausalito), were similarly built with simple, short-point lugs.
