Can someone tell me what is special about this used plastic Simplex Criterium RD, that it should be at $56 with 7 hours to go?

I've seen a lot of nice used all-alloy Simplex SLJ's go for less. For a used Criterium, I would have thought about half this price would have been a winning bid.
