I had several Masi Specials which I got in Milan, dating from the early to the mid-1960s. All the bridges on the rear triangles were rounded, including Masi frames I saw from the late 1950s. It seems the pointed style bridges became popular in the 1970s, when Falliero was no longer building frames. If memory serves me correctly, Richard Sach's Masis have pointed details. Perhaps a CR listee who has a certified Confente frame could check their bikes.
