Welcome to the list, Lynn.

If the bike is full Reynolds, then I wouldn't say it was "low end". Most makers reserved a full Reynolds for the best two or three bikes. Is there any writing on the rear drop outs? That would indicate the type, or else if you can post a picture, we might be able to ID the drops. Note that the CR list won't accept pictures as attachments, you have to post the pic to a seperate photo web page, and send us the link.

Most painters have Reynolds stickers, but french language ones might be tougher. H Lloyds cycles has many decals, including some Reynolds stickers but I haven't seen French ones. Lloyds also doesn't list Lejeune stickers, either. Matt Assenmacher (painter in Michigan) had some French Reynolds stickers at one time, but I don't know if he still has them in stock.

Good luck!
