Matty,

I'll be there! I can't decide what to wear also. So many pretty bikes, and only one old fat behind to stick them under. Should I concentrate on the Colnago wing of my collection, or do the Masi thing? I think maybe an assortment is the proper call this year. What exactly is in fashion this season, Matty?

I can feel the vibes beginning to build now. Can't wait to have Pergolizzi and Bresnahan in SD for a few days of warm up partying before we head to Pasadena to bust up the place. The real ROCK STARS of the vintage cycle world will be there; Let's Party!

It's about that time to start the list of who is coming and who is bringing what bicycles to the Velo-Rendezvous. In spite of being geographically close to this event this will be the first year so far I get to make all the events from Thursday night through Sunday afternoon.....a full Hall Pass in JB speak ;^)

I'm undecided on what I'm bringing an/or what countries to represent....but I will be selecting among some very nice makes...Masi, Pogliaghi, Colnago, Herse, Singer, Taylor, Gillott, Mondia and on. Ultimately I may just pick 1 or 2 from US/Italy/England/France with a Swiss or Belgian wild card or two....or just a 6-Pack of Masi's-Who knows!!

Last year was gobs of fun starting Thursday night and then snowballing from there!! I *may* have a loaner bike(s) for "out of town" guests who would like to ride....E-mail for availability ;^)
