Dura Ace AX fits these mounts, and Rino made an adapter for traditional shifters (in addition to the others mentioned). Adapting to a Campy shifter from a Japanese AX-type mount is a custom machine shop piece if memory serves. Alan Bernstein formerly of NY, now Baja Mexico (for the week).
