Looking at the pictures I don't think there's any doubt the right arm is Chater-Lea too - the shape is absolutely correct. Frequently when items are rechromed the name can get polished out - the depth of the original engraving varies widely. But Chater Lea fluted cranks come with flutes on front and back and front only. These are often mismatched - the dble fluted are either pre-war or possibly early post-war. In later years Chater could only supply single fluted ones as spares.
