Joe Bringheli makes steel sleeves (somewhat like a Heli-coil) that apparently can thread into the newly tapped Italian threads and convert them to other threads such as BSC. These can be brazed in place or Loctited, I presume (I have a few, just haven't needed to use one yet). Greg Parker Dexter, Michigan
