Idiot "chiehpet" asks for item to go to some third parties address (relatives store), blames me for a loss and then even a total refund (after continuous communication) is not enough!

As to Chuck's comment, yes, if you study this guy he has another item "disappear" but you can't see my comment on his record if you are researching! So you don't even get a second strike.
Put this in context. I've never had a lost item in 100's of transactions and this guy says 2% or more of his items go missing.
