Jerry; I've found both USPS Parcel Post and Fedex better than UPS, and try to avoid UPS. I had sent a Colnago Arabesque to Clive in Austrailia a few years ago, and the bike arrived damaged. Clive sent jpgs to me of the box and it had gaping holes going through the side of the box that made it appear that fork blades had gone through. We filed with UPS, but they deneid the claim stating the packing was improper and that the bike should have been triple boxed or something to that effect. It took Clive and I eighteen months and numerous appeals with refiling of the claim to get UPS to finally cover the damage.

Best regards, Peter Naiman Shorewood, WI
