Just wanted to add the the praise of the United States Postal Service --- I have shipped nearly 4,000 packages with them over the past five years, without one single mishap or damage to the package (includes international shipments). They have also provided reliable fast delivery, with incredible fast delivery over the past Christmas Holiday season!!! That's what makes it so hard for me to believe when I return a package to the UK for a refund, that the seller claims to have never received it until four (4) months later!!! Blaming the Post Office is always a convenient excuse. My only shipping problem occurred with UPS, and they showed little concern over the item loss, but did pay the insurance claim quite quickly.
