1979 Witcomb Giro d'Italia does not accommodate Bluemels between the chain stays. Wasn't there a style of Bluemels that had a narrow segment where the fender/mud guard passed through the chain stays ? Any suggestions for fender/mud guard installation re; narrow stays.
