I've got photos of a bare steel Prestige with top mounted shifters which appears similar to the one in the photo except there are additional decals, one just above the shift levers and one on the fork blades. The frame has a Feb 1982 date on BB. I'll send the photos if you like (when I get back home to my broadband connection), let me know if you want them.
