Yes that is how I do it. I have had a lot of no pays from over seas and if I make them email me first it seems to go better. Steven

Many sellers list US only (or UK only, etc) for various reasons: fear of scams, less hassle, ignorance, etc.

Often, I have found, if you simply 'ask seller a question' he will agree to your bidding.
