I am certainly not the best informed of the folks on the list, but this was a serious attempt at marketing & selling a frameset that just pooped out. True, "Scarfacci" was a mythical person created for the brand so I guess that bit of bologna was lamentable, but I am pretty certain the creators intended to have frames made and sell them. It just didn't go over....
