Don, I have put a page on my web site that shows the dates when Campagnolo introduced it's various components throughout the years. My web site's URL is http://www.velo-retro.com . I'll leave it to you to answer your questions above as to dates.

Many Campagnolo parts had longer production lives than the Record front derailleur. Gran Sport/Record pedals, Record crank, Record bottom bracket, Gran Sport/Record down tube shifters, Gran Sport/Record bar end shifters, seat post, and headset for example.

My vote would go to the humble Campagnolo brake cable clip that dates from around 1951 and remained unchanged until it became moot in the mid 1980s with the use of brazed on top tube cable guides.
