I've got an image of a similar brake bolt brazed directly to fork crown on a Bianchi ridden by Gimondi that is now in a Japanese collection as seen in the publication "All About Campagnolo." The rear brake pivot bolt is similarly brazed directly to the brake bridge on the Bianchi.
