Did you really look at the details?? Internal wiring, rear der cable routing, handmade racks, stem, etc.?? Just like a Schwinn. Can't help you if feel there is no difference here.
But yes, there are brushes mounted to the steerer to transmit the 'spark' via the steerer to the lights. Just like Schwinn ;)
