Maybe worth a look I have had a small bend on the top lock nut that caused the stem to not go in until I filed it out. The steerer should be 22.2. Steve

Is it the Zeus headset or the ALAN steerer tube that is small? Would make sense if it was metric (AKA french) sized as a modest amount of Zeus products are. I'd suspect the headset rather than the steerer tube.

On the seatpost front, I've never seen a 25.0 Zeus. But...
