I have two ALANs, and I'm about 99% sure that both have Italian HS's and 22.2 stems. As Steve says, sometimes it's the opening in the locknut rather than the ID of the steerer which makes it difficult to insert the stem, so maybe a bit of filing on the locknut will solve the problem. As to the post, I'm pretty sure Zeus made 25.0 posts, but it may be pretty hard to find one, so you may have to settle for a Campy.

Is it the Zeus headset or the ALAN steerer tube that is small? Would make sense if it was metric (AKA french) sized as a modest amount of Zeus products are. I'd suspect the headset rather than the steerer tube.
On the seatpost front, I've never seen a 25.0 Zeus. But...
