The post has an internal expander of some kind, like a stem and this is how you adjust the seat height. Though I'm not really sure how this one works specifically. Note that there is no seat binder braze-on on the frame. Personally "regular" Campy bores me to tears, but the ICS and 50th anni stuff still does me right. enjoy, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives Cd'A, ID.
