That is a weird site. However, looking at their "custom" bikes, they use the "Velo-City" logo on the down tube panel. I recall there use to be a Velo-City Cyclery in San Francisco who used that same down tube logo and paint scheme. The owner was one of those weird old coggy guys that knew everything. He use to tell people that bikes with 26" wheels with slicks were *faster* than 700c bikes, whatever. I think Velo-City moved to like Chico, CA or some place. Brewster
