RE: [CR]Wood Rollers

On my super duper Rollers webpage at http://bikecult.com/works/rollers.html there are a few wooden rollers to see, including the concave Yankee rollers, a humongous early 20th century set (with BSA on top), and another large set seen in an old Popular Science magazine. There is probably a small niche market for wood rollers, if one can make them smooth and round, rolling on cartridge bearings, with an appearance of highly crafted furniture, without the extruded aluminum frame of the Yankee. cheers, Dave Perry, New York
