Glen,

I have had substantial buying experience with Baron & Cecil and must say that all communication and transactions have been more than satisfactory - they have been excellent. I believe your experience with them is very out of character; other list members??

I would warn you against using this company. At one time I ordered from them and they would not produce the components or even a return e-mail to my many inquiries. I'm sure many list members can produce more reputable retailers. Glenn Oceanside, CA

Renaissance Cycles (owned by CR list member Baron Corpuz) sells some Mavic derailleur parts. Go to http://www.renaissance-cycles.com.
