Hello Mark: Maybe this is the case and I will give them another chance. I put in an order on 12/17/04, got a response that they would get back to me and in spite of 4 e-mail responses from me, they never did. I think that's more than slow, don't you? But I am always willing to give the benefit of the doubt and I will write them again tomorrow. Just in case you think there is any lack of sincerity in my response, know this: I will provide contact information to anyone who e-mails me off list. Glenn Benveniste Oceanside, CA. 92057

Referring to my recommendation of Renaissance Cycles, Glenn <no last name> warns:
>I would warn you against using this company. At one time I ordered from
>them

>many
>inquiries. I'm sure many list members can produce more reputable retailers.

BC can be slow with email but he and Cecile are more than reputable! I've always been pleased with the orders I placed with them.

I know there have been times in the past when they had computer problems, so

maybe you were unlucky and you were trying to send them email when their system was down.

I'm sure many list members can vouch for BC ..................And the gang!!
