I do not know for certain but he and Cecile and child were due to complete their move to Santa Barbara soon. Can you imagine transporting all that stuff he had acquired? In any case, not being able to answer e-mail, assuming he isn't holding funds etc, is not dishonest or unreliable, it's just not communicating. My wife accuses me of that all the time! (she's always right too)
