Just fyi, this is available at http://www.biketoolsetc.com for $5.75 and I've also seen this in my local Ace Hardware store, Pastime Hardware, in El Cerrito, CA. If you have a local hardware store that is not a Home Depot type place, you just might find this stuff there.
