Not to discourage anyone, but Los Osos (which is just south of Morro Bay) is a nightmarish horror, and I particularly loath the idea of any more poor souls suffering through Montana de Oro State Park's disturbing, "Scream"-like seascapes. I only say this because some fools once went to places like Yosemite and Big Sur and Yellowstone and then told their friends. If you must go to Los Osos for this well-intentioned event, well then certainly DON'T TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK OUT THE CLIFF WALK SOUTH OF SPOONER'S COVE in Montana de Oro. You'd probably need an off-road bike to ride out there anyway. And don't tell anyone else to do the same. You didn't hear this from me.
