I just picked up a pair of Galli pedals without any markings...can I assume they are french? They spin on to a NR crank but have play until they are about 1/3 on. Then they feel tight.
The second question ...what is it? Its a campag 3 piece with steel body, alloy flanges, double sided (fixed, multiple or freewheel?) and stamped cam 60 inside the cones. So it's a 1960 what? And why would it be threaded this way with a QR? I thought fixed hubs needed nutted axles?
