The reasons for no bid will vary from person to person, however some of them are(not necessarily in order):

1. It's not my size 2. I'd have to find all the components to make it ridable. 3. It's a 2nd tier builder - I only look at 1st tier... 4. My funds are designated to be spent elsewhere... 5. I already have too many similar bikes 6. It's too recent 7. It's too old 8. It's not unique enough 9. Don't have enough wife points

etc.
