Bit late on this. Carnac makes trationally styles shoes but they're not imported. St. John Street Cycles is your best bet. R.E.W Reynolds is still in business in Northamptom, England to the best of my knowledge. If you don't want them perforated Capizio dancing shoes make a good substitute. Take them to a good shoemaker and have a thicker sole put on. A good shoemaker can also reshape them a bit-I have narrow feet so I usually need this. And a search of older shops can bring big dividends. I got a nice pair of Sidi titianiums for $25 that way. Phil Brown Looks like a nice day shaping up in San rafael, Calif.
