Subject: [CR]Raleigh Rialto mixte - quality or gaspipe?

There's a charming Raleigh Rialto mixte on eBay (item # 7131235421) that has a mix of Japanese and Euro '70's/80's parts on it.

I can't find anything on a "Rialto" on the Retro Raleigh web pages. Was this a low end consumer bike, or did it have anything special in the way of tubing?
